Terms and Conditions

This reward scheme is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• A person can submit a photo of only one tree with one form.
• The photos and information sent must be clear and accurate.
• The entries sent by the participant will be valid for all three draws.
• The tree planted at the time of winning the prize and the incentive for the prize money must be in a safe and nurtured state.
• If the photo of the tree sent is found to be of an old tree after inspection, your entry will be cancelled.
• If a person's form is submitted without a photo or complete information, it will not be considered complete. In such a case, the person will have to fill the form again.
• The prize money is entirely sponsored by the sponsor. The organization has nothing to do with it.
• Prize money will be provided through cheque only as per government rules (TDS etc).
• The Organising Committee reserves the right to decide or change the date, time, venue, etc., of the draw.
• In case of any dispute, the decision taken by the Organizing Committee will be final and binding.
• The Organising Committee reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions of this Award Scheme without any prior notice.
• All persons participating in this rewards scheme will be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
• The applications are absolutely free.
• The documents sent by you will be kept confidential.
• No application/documents received by hand/registration/courier will be accepted.
• Any Indian can participate in it.
• Our objective - Under the environmental awareness campaign of the Government of India, crores of people will plant trees themselves and care for them with faith.
• First draw – November 2024, Second draw – February 2025, Third draw – March 2025. The amount of each draw is Rs 1 crore.
• The name of the city/district/state should be clear in the location of the tree.
• The draw will be conducted live on the TV channel by hand. The information of which will be available on the website www.khatushyamdelhidham.com.
• The last date for submission of the form is 30 September 2024.
• No officer/management/staff of Khatu Shyam Delhi Dham can participate in this scheme.
• Dham or any trustee, employee, or promoter of Dham is not liable for any loss or damage during the period of application for the draw. Also, Dham is not liable to share or pass on any information regarding the received application and application data.
